35g Bran Flakes (HEB) with Semi Skimmed Milk (HEA)
LUNCH
Slice of Homemade Vegetable Quiche
EVENING MEAL
Salad with lots of fresh ingredients.
Mushrooms, Beetroot, Iceburg Lettuce, Hard Boiled Egg, homemade coleslaw, homemade potato salad, Cress,Tomato,Quorn Ginger, Chilli & Lime Sticky fillets,
SNACKS
1 fat free yogurt
